Nyay Khand buyers almost never visit only Nyay
Public 2026 listing conversation (not our quote): buy/sale talk ₹55L–₹1.1Cr+. 1 BHK rent ₹9k–₹15k. 2 BHK rent ₹16k–₹23k. 3 BHK rent ₹23k–₹32k. Portal asking average cited around ~₹8,619 / sq ft. Value-oriented. Vidhayak Colony sits this side of the map. Furnishing, size, floor, parking and age still rewrite the number.
Nyay Khand 1 shows up in a lot of first messages. The brief is usually: more space than a compact society 3 BHK, calmer than a market-heavy stretch, still inside Indirapuram 201014. Parks and internal roads matter. A Nyay floor is not a Gyan 3 floor and it is not Shakti Khand 2, even when the BHK count matches.
Public 2025–26 neighbourhood tables have put Nyay somewhere in the mid-to-high ₹8,000 / sq ft talk, with recent movement both up and down depending on the aggregator. That is a smear of apartments plus floors. Your file is one building. We will not sell you a “Nyay average.”
The useful compare is Nyay vs Gyan (value floors, park talk) and Nyay vs Ahinsa (amenities vs rooms). Clients who insist on only Nyay after seeing two Gyan options are ready. Clients who refuse to name a budget are not.
Public 2026 2 BHK rent talk for Nyay: typical cards ₹16,000–₹23,000 (1 BHK ₹9k–₹15k. 3 BHK ₹23k–₹32k). Asking average cited ~₹8,619 / sq ft. That is the budget / value rental pocket, not “broken Indirapuram.” Electronic City for Nyay III is often cited around 3.5 km, so cheap rent here is not the same as a far metro. Vidhayak Colony sits this side. Spelling will not confuse us. Nyay and Nyaya map to the same pocket.
