The RTO / Parivahan process issues the driving licence after tests, medicals and biometrics as then required. We help with filing. We do not print the smart card or skip the exam.
In plain language, driving licence
A driving licence is the legal authority to drive a class of vehicle on public roads. It is also the ID insurers and police ask for after an accident. Learner, fresh and renewal are different applications on the same Sarathi / Parivahan stack.
Noida and Ghaziabad RTOs run their own slots. We cannot buy a skip-the-test licence. Anyone offering that is not us.

Why this document is needed
Section-level traffic law treats driving without a valid licence for that class as an offence. Challans are the mild version. An accident without a valid DL is the expensive version, insurer and police decide, not this page.
Delivery, cab and some warehouse jobs list a valid LMV or MCWG licence as mandatory. HR will not substitute Aadhaar.
A learner licence is not a full licence. Using it outside its conditions is still a problem.

- Lawful driving of the class printed on the licence
- Insurance claims and FIR / panchnama that record DL number
- Gig and driving-job onboarding
- Renewal before expiry so there is no gap
Problems that can come up
- Driving without a valid licence for that vehicle class is an offence. Outcomes depend on police and insurer.
- A job that requires DL will not start.
- We cannot skip the RTO test or issue a card from our office.
